What You’ll Do:
- Develop and oversee swim programs for all ages and abilities
- Train, lead, and supervise aquatic and administrative staff
- Handle scheduling, budgets, and record-keeping to ensure operational efficiency
- Oversee facility maintenance, including pool safety and equipment upkeep
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and feedback
- Build relationships with clients and represent the school at community events
What We’re Looking For:
- Lifeguard Instructor, WSI, and CPO/AFO certifications (required)
- Proven experience managing aquatic programs, staff, and administrative duties
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Compensation: $47,500.00 - $62,000.00 per year
