Title: Front Desk Liaison
-
Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week)

Schedule Requirements:
- Monday–Wednesday: Approx. 2:30 PM – 8:15 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- Alternating Friday afternoons
- Monday–Wednesday: Approx. 2:30 PM – 8:15 PM

Location: 346 Pikes Road, Suite 3 & 4, West Palm Beach, Florida 33411
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk throughout the facility, including pool deck coverage.Â
- Will perform as a lifeguard every other week (certification required within 90 days). Training to obtain lifeguard certification provided at the Swim School.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs without restrictions

Experienced in customer service and sales, with a proven ability to communicate value and drive registrations
- A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills (in person, by phone, and via email)
- Adaptable and able to make decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excited to share knowledge and guide clients toward the best program options
- Comfortable working barefoot and walking throughout the swim facility
đź’ˇ Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing families, offering warm welcomes and helpful guidance
- Use a sales-forward approach to promote swim and gymnastics programs, driving enrollment, upgrades, and product purchases
- Educate customers about our services and help match them to the best options
- Build long-term relationships with families to better understand and support their goals
- Coordinate with Aquatics and Gymnastics Managers to ensure smooth front desk flow and facility access
- Use software systems to register new clients, maintain accurate records, and process tuition and purchases
- Conduct regular facility walk-throughs to monitor cleanliness and safety standards
đź§Ľ Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, changing rooms, pool deck, and front desk area
- Support team in implementing Emergency Action Plans when necessary
- Participate in regular team coordination and contribute to achieving quarterly goals
🎓 Qualifications:
- Some college education preferred

2–3 years minimum experience in customer service and/or sales required
- Lifeguard certification required within 90 days (training assistance available)

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
